                THE HUBS FESTIVE EVENING MENU FOR DECEMBER 

Starters
- Lamb mulligatawny soup, shallot bhaji, coriander oil
- Seafood cocktail, multi seed bread, marie rose, salad.
- Grilled goat’s cheese, toasted brioche, pickled shallot,
tomato and olive salad
Mains
- Braised short rib of beef, Bourguignon jus, champ mash,
broccoli
- Roast Norfolk turkey crown, pig in blanket, bacon braised cabbage, roast
potatoes, parsnip puree, turkey gravy.
- Butternut squash, sage and chilli risotto, rocket and
parmesan.
Desserts
- Mince pie crème brulee, toasted biscotti.
- Sticky toffee pudding, rum caramel sauce, vanilla ice cream.
- Dark chocolate mousse, cherry and almond compote,
chocolate sable.

A service charge of 10% is automatically added to your bill however this is payable at your discretion.
