                THE HUBS FESTIVE EVENING MENU FOR DECEMBER 

 

 

Starters
- French onion soup, camembert toastie
- Sticky chicken, sesame glaze
- Maldon cure smoked salmon, crème fraiche, dill, crostini

Mains
- Roast Norfolk turkey, stuffing, pig in blanket, roast parsnip, broccoli, potatoes, gravy.
- Seared seabass, basil crushed potatoes, samphire, shell fish cream sauce
- Celeriac, truffle and spinach wellington, crushed potatoes, broccoli, truffle cream sauce

Desserts
- Chocolate tiffin marquise, cream, pistachios
- Apple and raspberry crumble, vanilla ice cream
- Sticky toffee pudding, toffee sauce, ice cream
